Indian Aerospace and Engineering is part of Sha-Shib Group, which was founded in 1994 and is operated by the Institute of Management & Technologies. It has a distinguished record in the National Cadre for training in the aviation industry and emerged as one of the best colleges for aircraft maintenance engineering. The institute's current emphasis is on teaching its student's aircraft maintenance engineering at different local and international airlines, MROs, flying clubs, aviation institutes, aviation technical support organizations, etc., both in India and overseas, and emerged as one of the top aircraft maintenance engineering colleges.
